The LS-ZX-810 High-Flow Particle Counter is a testing instrument used in cleanroom environments for cleanliness monitoring and microparticle counting detection. Based on the principle of light scattering, it employs photoelectric sensing technology to detect dust particle sizes and count particle quantities. Compared to low-flow counters, this model has a sampling flow rate of 1 CFM (28.3 L/min), offering greater sampling flow and more precise detection, and has become an essential instrument for pharmaceutical GMP certification. Similarly, it can also be applied in clean environments such as electronics factories, hospital operating rooms, aerospace, precision machining, and the food industry. This instrument features high measurement accuracy, compact size, lightweight, and easy installation.
The product supports Modbus communication protocol RS-485 and various signal outputs. It allows for secondary development by users, enabling them to design their own online remote control software. Optional data analysis software developed by our company is available for purchase.
