Belt Dryer Overview
The material to be processed is distributed onto a conveyor belt via an appropriate feeding mechanism (such as a star feeder, oscillating belt, shredder, or granulator). The conveyor belt passes through a channel consisting of one or more heating units, each equipped with an air heating and circulation system. Each channel is equipped with one or more moisture-removal systems. As the conveyor belt passes through, hot air flows up or down through the material on the belt, ensuring even drying.
Belt Dryer Application
Belt Dryers (Belt Drying Machines) are commonly used continuous drying equipment, suitable for a wide range of industries including chemical, food, pharmaceutical, building materials, and electronics. They are particularly well-suited for drying materials with good permeability, such as sheets, strips, and granules. For filter cakes and pasty materials, they can also be dried after being molded by granulators or extruders.
Typical Product
Seaweed, dehydrated vegetables, jujube, granulated feed, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence, coconut flakes, organic colors, synthetic rubber, acrylic fibers, pharmaceuticals, medicinal herbs, wooden crafts, plastic products, aging of electronic components, curing, etc.
