Operating Principle
Pure water has a high vaporization rate when boiling. Under normal conditions, it begins to boil at around 100°C. However, under vacuum conditions, due to the lower partial pressure of water vapor in the system compared to the surface, the boiling point of water is below 100°C. For instance, when the surface pressure drops to -0.07MPa, water starts boiling at 70°C. Therefore, even at lower operating temperatures, this dryer retains significant drying capacity.
Application Range
Drying of thermosensitive materials suitable for industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, electronics, and traditional Chinese medicine.
Features
Achieves higher drying rate at lower temperatures with efficient heat utilization.
Ideal for drying low-temperature, heat-sensitive materials, and materials prone to oxidation.
Dries materials containing solvents and materials requiring solvent recovery.
Can be disinfected before drying, ensuring no impurities are mixed during the drying process.
※ This desiccant is a static vacuum desiccant, thus the shape of the dried material will not be damaged.
※ This dryer is an intermittent production equipment, capable of adjusting the process at any time.
The top is arched, effectively preventing condensation water from dripping back.
The vacuum structure features a four-in-one design, ensuring uniform dryness of the material.
