Product Introduction
The definition of a blackbody: An object that can absorb all external radiant energy and simultaneously radiate out all of its own energy.
The blackbody is primarily used in the industrial field for infrared temperature measurement, with the main product being the blackbody furnace.
With the advancement of 3D printing technology, it has transitioned from early stages of product prototyping and mold manufacturing to direct production and processing of products. It is now widely applied in various fields such as engineering, industry, aviation, aerospace, automotive, electronics, and medical.
However, during the printing process, 3D printers are subject to significant temperature deviations due to room temperature fluctuations, which can adversely affect the print results in various aspects. To address the issues in existing technologies, a new 3D printer internal chamber infrared constant-temperature system has been developed. This system utilizes infrared heating sources to increase the overall temperature of the object and the surrounding environment. Therefore, a blackbody furnace must be introduced as a standard for real-time calibration of the infrared heating source while the constant-temperature system is in operation, thereby enhancing the printing accuracy and success rate of the objects.
