Application Scope
The DY-HTM-X-180 Differential Profile Black Body Source finds extensive applications in fields such as optics, electronics, and materials science. In optics, it is used to manufacture high-precision optical instruments like spectrometers and lasers. In electronics, it is suitable for producing high-precision electronic devices such as microwave devices and semiconductor devices. Differential Blackbody, designed to simulate cold and moderate temperature targets. Radiator temperature is controlled by thermoelectric elements. The absolute temperature of the differential blackbody is typically adjusted between -10 to 150 degrees, but this range can be expanded. The most popular are differential blackbodies with a small radiation surface (area options from 50mm to 200mm).
The differential blackbody boasts excellent temperature resolution, stability, and uniformity. Compared to conventional blackbodies, it offers superior temperature uniformity.

3) The blackbody radiation source features a split-type design, integrated with temperature control on an intelligent controller, capable of communication and connection to a higher-level computer. It is controlled via the higher-level computer and comes with a standard 19-inch 3U rack-mounted controller.
4) Custom target support available; styles and sizes are customizable. Modes include electric/hand-operated (special customization).
5) Automatic Smart Adjustment: Equipped with advanced control algorithms featuring MH logic intelligent adjustment and parameter self-tuning functions.
6) The screen features an integrated multi-point independent temperature correction function.

Product Applications
A blackbody is an idealized radiator that can absorb all wavelengths of radiant energy without reflection or transmission. In an infrared parallel light tube, the blackbody serves as a radiation source, emitting stable and uniform radiation, widely used in infrared thermal imaging systems for temperature resolution, minimum resolvable temperature difference (MRTD), and noise equivalent temperature difference (NETD). Through testing, the thermal sensitivity, resolution, and accuracy of infrared thermal imaging systems can be evaluated. A standardized testing environment is provided for infrared thermal imaging systems, thus accurately assessing system performance parameters.
