Application Range
The DY-HT1MF-200 double-sided large surface blackbody source is widely used in fields such as optics, electronics, and materials science. The temperature of the blackbody is typically adjusted between -10 to 80 degrees, with an area range from 50mm to 200mm available.
The double-sided large surface blackbody source boasts excellent temperature resolution, stability, and uniformity.
【Features】
1) Dual radiation surface operation mode: Two independent 200mm x 200mm emission surfaces, enhancing efficiency and flexibility, allowing simultaneous calibration of multiple devices。
2) The blackbody radiation source features a split-type design, integrated with temperature control on an intelligent controller, capable of communication and connection to a higher-level computer. It is controlled via the higher-level computer and comes with a standard 19-inch 3U rack-mounted controller.
3) Automatic Intelligent Adjustment: Equipped with advanced control algorithms featuring MH logic intelligent adjustment function and parameter self-tuning capability.
4) The screen features an integrated multi-point independent temperature correction function.
5) Communication Interface: RS232 serial port. Supports customization for RS485, Ethernet, and wireless remote control operations.
6) Customizable handle design available, with adjustable center height dimensions.
7) We can obtain language interfaces from anywhere in the world, as per customer requirements, for ease of export.
8) If upgrading to a configuration model, please contact our companyThe German-American Volume App enables one-click connectivity.Built-in temperature unit converter, measurement protocol database, etc.
9) Rapid temperature rise and fall, with short stabilization time, suitable for repeated data testing requirements.
10) The double-sided blackbody radiators are smaller in size and occupy less space while achieving the same function.
11) Special target surface treatment technology ensures a more uniform temperature distribution on the target surface, preventing surface damage and flaking even after prolonged use and frequent temperature fluctuations.
12) Factory inspection employs a HEITRONICS radiation temperature transfer high-temperature gauge for the measurement of radiant temperature. After calibration with a corresponding fixed-point blackbody radiator, it provides temperature transfer between blackbody radiators.
