Thermogravimetric analysis (TG, TGA) involves observing the change in sample mass with temperature or time during heating, isothermal, or cooling processes, with the aim of studying the thermal stability and composition of materials. It is widely used in research and development, process optimization, and quality control across various fields such as plastics, rubbers, coatings, pharmaceuticals, catalysts, inorganic materials, metals, and composites.
The main characteristics of thermal gravimetric analysis are its strong quantitative nature and the ability to accurately measure changes in material mass and their rates. Based on this feature, it can be said that any material whose mass changes upon heating can be studied using thermal gravimetric analysis. It can be used to detect both physical and chemical changes in processes. It is evident that these physical and chemical changes involve mass variations, such as sublimation, vaporization, adsorption, desorption, absorption, and gas-solid reactions.

1. The furnace heating utilizes double-row winding of precious metal nickel-chromium alloy wire, reducing interference and offering better high-temperature resistance.
2. Tray sensors, crafted from high-quality nickel-chromium alloy, offer superior features such as high-temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance.
3. Power supply, circulation cooling section, and main unit are separated to minimize the impact of heat and vibration on the micro-thermal balance.
4. The top-lid structure is easy to operate. It's difficult to lift the furnace body to place samples, which may easily damage the sample rod.
5. The main unit utilizes a water恒温 system to isolate the heat influence from the heating furnace on the housing and micro-thermometer balance.
6. Utilizing a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M3 processor core, offering faster sampling and processing speeds.
7. 24-bit four-channel sampling AD collects DSC signals, TG signals, and temperature T signals.
