Linear Vibrating Fluidized Bed Dryer
Product Overview:
The Linear Vibrating Fluidized Bed Dryer operates by the material entering the machine from the feed port and being thrown forward in a fluidized bed on the horizontal surface under the action of vibration. The material moves continuously forward. Hot air passes upward through the fluidized bed, exchanging heat with the wet material, and the wet air is then separated and dusted by a cyclone separator before being exhausted at a ratio of 1:3. The dried material is discharged from the discharge port. It is suitable for drying and cooling operations of powdery and granular materials in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food, dehydrated vegetables, grain, and minerals.
Principle of Linear Vibrating Fluidized Bed Dryer:
Material enters the machine from the raw material import, is thrown forward in a fluidized bed across the horizontal plane under the action of vibration, and continuously moves forward. Hot air passes upwards through the fluidized bed, exchanging heat with the wet material, and the moist air, after being dusted by the cyclone separator, is exhausted at a ratio of 1:3. The dried material is discharged through the discharge outlet.
Direct-Flow Vibration Fluidized Bed Dryer Suitable for Materials:
Suitable for drying and cooling operations of powdered and granular materials in industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, dehydrated vegetables, grains, minerals, etc. Examples include citric acid, monosodium glutamate, borax, ammonium sulfate, compound fertilizer, radish shreds, soybean meal, distiller's grains, seeds, slag, and sugar.
Performance Features of Linear Vibrating Fluidized Bed Dryer:
The vibration source is driven by a vibration motor, operates smoothly, is easy to maintain, produces low noise, and has a long service life.
Flow uniformity without dead spaces and blow-through, ensuring even drying and cooling of products.
Adjustable and versatile, with infinite adjustment capabilities for material layer thickness, movement speed within the machine, and full amplitude changes.
Minimal damage to material surface. Suitable for drying fragile materials, and unaffected by irregular particle sizes.
The structure is fully enclosed, effectively preventing cross-contamination between materials and air, ensuring a clean working environment.
High mechanical and thermal efficiency, excellent energy-saving effect, up to 30-60% more energy-efficient than general drying equipment.
When used for mass production of materials with high water content, multiple straight vibration fluidized bed dryers can be utilized to meet the requirements.
Vibration can reduce air velocity, significantly cutting down on air consumption and dust carryover. Auxiliary heat sources, fans, and cyclone separators can also be downsized accordingly, substantially lowering the cost of the complete set of equipment, with a remarkable energy-saving effect.
The amplitude of the vibration motor can be relied upon to adjust the material's dwell time within the machine. The uniformity and regularity of grain size requirements are reduced.
Vibration aids in material dispersion. By selecting appropriate vibration parameters, it becomes easier to achieve smooth fluidization drying in a linear vibration fluidized bed dryer, as opposed to the tendency to clog or channel in conventional fluidized bed dryers.
No significant back mixing; compared to a regular fluidized bed, lower air velocity, less particle damage, suitable for drying fragile materials; irregularly shaped particles are not affected either.
Adaptable to materials with varying proportions, particle sizes, and moisture content. The thickness of the material layer, machine tool movement speed, and amplitude can all be infinitely adjusted.
