Product Introduction:Trommel Auger DryerIt is an internal heating and cooling continuous drying equipment with a rotating drum and a film condensation type. The rotating drum, with a thick layer of material adhered to its lower trough, has heat transferred through pipes to the inner wall of the drum, which then conducts to the outer wall of the drum and further to the material film, causing the moisture in the film to evaporate and dehumidify, thereby drying the material with moisture content. The dried material is scraped off the drum surface by a knife and transferred to a spiral conveyor located below the knife, where it is conveyed as dry material.
Roller Blade Dryer Working Principle:
A drum dryer is a continuous drying equipment that uses an internal heating and cooling system for sheet conveying. As the drum rotates, a thick layer of material adheres to its lower trough. Heat is transferred through pipes to the inner wall of the drum, which then conducts it to the outer wall and finally to the material film. This causes the moisture within the film to evaporate and dehydrate, resulting in the drying of the wet material content. The dried material is then scraped off the drum surface by a blade and transferred to a helical conveyor placed beneath the blade, where it is concentrated and packaged.
Tubular scraper dryer performance features:
High thermal efficiency. Due to the heat conduction mechanism of the drum dryer, the direction of heat transfer remains consistent throughout the entire operation cycle. Excluding heat loss from the cover and heat radiation, all remaining heat is used for the evaporation of moisture in the drum material film, achieving a thermal efficiency of 70%-80%.
High operational flexibility and wide applicability. Various drying factors of the drum dryer, such as the feed concentration, paint film thickness, heating medium temperature, and drum rotation speed, can all be adjusted to change the drying efficiency of the drum dryer, with no interdependencies among these factors. This greatly facilitates drum drying operations, enabling them to accommodate the drying of various materials and meet different production requirements.
Short drying time. The drying cycle for materials typically ranges from 10 to 300 seconds, suitable for thermosensitive materials. The drum dryer can operate under reduced pressure if placed inside a vacuum chamber.
High drying rate. Due to the thin coating film applied to the cylinder wall, typically ranging from 0.3 to 1.5mm, and the consistent heat and mass transfer directions, the surface of the film can maintain 20-70 kg.H2O/m².2The evaporation intensity of the .h is strong.

The drum scraper dryer installation is based on the overall layout, with a flat ground surface required. A pressure gauge and a safety valve must be installed at the steam pipe inlet, and all steam inlet flanges must be securely connected.

Trommel scraper dryer maintenance:
Regularly inspect the rotational parts for flexibility and for any signs of binding. Apply lubricant to components like sprockets on a regular basis, and calibrate pressure gauges and other measuring devices. Replace V-belts with significant wear promptly.

Trommel scraper dryer adjustment:
After installation, the machine must undergo a trial operation test.
◎ Observe the correct direction of the main drum rotation by operating the main motor.
Check if the main roller and all transmission components rotate smoothly, observe if the steam inlets and outlets are connected, and ensure the pressure gauge is within the working pressure range.
◎Start the motor, the main drum operates smoothly. After the temperature rises, add the material and adjust the motor speed and the evenness of the material's film on the drum to control the final moisture content of the material.
Start the auger motor to discharge dried finished material, and adjust the auger motor speed according to the amount of dried finished material.
