SN Series Product Introduction
The SN type single-stage double-suction centrifugal pump is a new type of double-suction pump developed by our company based on the summary of excellent hydraulic models at home and abroad, widely absorbing advanced design and manufacturing technologies of similar products both domestically and internationally, and catering to the actual needs of the domestic market. The planning of each model in the full series pump type spectrum is more scientific and reasonable. High-head double-suction pumps can replace some multi-stage pumps, while large-flow double-suction pumps can replace some mixed-flow pumps, optimizing the matching of hydraulic dimensions, balancing cavitation and efficiency, meeting the energy efficiency evaluation value of GB/T19762, and achieving energy-saving goals. The structure has been innovated for greater reliability, ease of maintenance, and extended service life, maximizing the benefits of the excellent double-suction centrifugal pump models. Currently, our company produces 46 models and 390 specifications of double-suction pumps. Considering energy-saving and performance requirements, one model has two impellers, known as standard impellers and narrow impellers, to meet the requirements of optimal performance for different operating conditions. This series of pumps complies with ISO2548C, GB3216, and GB/T5657 standards.
This product is widely applicable in urban water supply and drainage, town water supply; drainage systems for centralized heating systems; water supply for iron and steel smelting enterprises, petrochemical refineries, pharmaceutical factories, paper mills, oil fields, thermal power plants, chemical fiber factories, textile mills, sugar factories, chemical plants, and power stations; water supply for fire protection systems in factories and mines, as well as for air conditioning systems; as well as for agricultural drainage and irrigation, and various hydraulic engineering projects.
