G Series Product Introduction
The G-type single-screw pump is an internally meshed, sealed screw pump, categorized as a positive displacement rotor pump. Due to its strong adaptability to media, smooth flow, excellent suction performance, minimal pressure pulsation, it can not only handle various fluid media but also high-viscosity media, media containing hard suspended particles or solid particles, and fibrous media. It boasts good regulating performance, a wide range, and high efficiency, making it widely used in various industries such as environmental protection, shipping, oil, medicine, daily chemicals, food, brewing, construction, mining, chemicals, printing, papermaking, power plants, and boilers.
A single-screw pump is a reciprocating positive displacement pump with an internal meshing design. Its main working components are the eccentric screw (rotor) and a fixed sleeve (stator). Due to the special geometric shapes of the rotor and stator, they form several separate sealed cavities. The operation of the rotor continuously and uniformly transfers the medium within each sealed cavity, without change in volume, from the suction end to the discharge end. Because of these characteristics, single-screw pumps are particularly suitable for the following operating conditions:
Transport high-viscosity media.
2. Conveying media containing solid particles or fibers.
3. Require continuous flow, stable pressure, and no periodic pressure fluctuations.
4. Require minimal agitation and not to disrupt the inherent structure of the material being conveyed.
