WLW Series Reciprocating Vacuum Pumps

WLW Product Introduction
Reciprocating vacuum pumps operate by the reciprocating motion of pistons to achieve the suction and exhaust of gases, with a principle similar to that of reciprocating air compressors. They are suitable for the suction of air and other non-corrosive, non-condensable, and particle-free gases, allowing for a small amount of condensable gas in the intake. Special structure vertical oil-free reciprocating vacuum pumps can handle flammable and explosive gases and can also aspirate condensable gases. Reciprocating vacuum pumps have a higher vacuum degree than water ring pumps, with less decrease in suction rate at high vacuum levels, and due to the widespread use of reciprocating compressors, they are easier to maintain.
The WLW type oil-free (corrosion-resistant) vertical reciprocating vacuum pump is the upgraded version of the W type horizontal vacuum pump and is a primary equipment for achieving rough vacuum. Thanks to the full-sealed design, it completely isolates the crankcase and cylinder; coupled with the use of self-lubricating materials for the piston rings, it achieves advanced oil-free lubrication. Due to the absence of wastewater discharge, this model of vacuum pump is particularly suitable for vacuum distillation, vacuum evaporation, vacuum drying, vacuum concentration, and vacuum immersion processes in industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and food.
