YZ Series Submerged Slurry Pumps

YZ Series Product Introduction

The YZ type submersible slurry pump features a single-stage, single-suction, cantilever structure, connected by bearing housing, support base, and connecting pipe to the hydraulic components of the pump. The fluid is discharged through the outlet pipe component. The pump impeller is a semi-open impeller with mixing blades at the extension of the impeller blade inlet. The pump's main characteristic is the pump shaft in the submersion section, which has sufficient rigidity, with no bearings between the impeller and the pump housing, and without using a shaft seal, allowing for the transportation of media containing high concentrations of solid particles. The pump can be inserted into the liquid at lengths between 800-2000mm, and an intake pipe can be provided upon request. The shaft seal is designed for larger pumps to run submerged without a seal, powered by a vertical motor mounted on the motor support and support base, connected to the pump via a coupling.

Primarily used for suction of thick liquids, heavy oils, oil sludge, polluted liquids, mud, slurry, flowing sand, and flowing sludge in urban drainage channels, as well as fluids containing sand, mud, and debris, and corrosive liquids in industries such as environmental protection, municipal engineering, thermal power plants, coal gasification plants, oil refineries, steel mills, mining, papermaking, cement factories, food factories, and dyeing and printing.
