The Quick-Discharge Valves are designed for rapid emptying of process tanks, made from high-purity polymers to meet your application needs. We offer materials in Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) and Polypropylene (PP), with valves designed for direct welding to the bottom of storage tanks. Our quick-discharge valves can be paired with O-ring valve seats or dome hard seats. The dome hard seat design prevents medium from accumulating on the valve piston and allows for slight fluid flow. This plug valve is extremely compact, yet still features optional air-actuated/spring-return or air-actuated/air-actuated drives.
