1) The cooling atomization system primarily uses a Venturi tube + a whistle nozzle. The electric water supply regulating valve adjusts the water supply based on the change in secondary temperature to achieve the cooling effect. The adjustable ratio is 3:1.
2) Utilizes Venturi tube structure for minimal pressure loss (<0.05 MPa), low noise, no moving parts, and no clogging issues; the whistle-shaped nozzle is easily removable for convenient maintenance.
3) The inner tube is lined to prevent thermal shock and protect the outer tube.
4) The temperature-reducing water regulating system employs a straight-travel single-seat regulating valve (or V-type regulating valve) + throttle device, which reduces the valve leakage while also reasonably distributing the pressure difference on the water supply system. Different flow coefficient CV values are available for the same diameter, significantly enhancing the regulating sensitivity and accuracy of the temperature control system.
