High-temperature, high-pressure double sleeve forging pressure reducing valves, available in sizes DN25 to DN225 (NPS1 to NPS9), pressure classes P54 100V/P55 140V (Class 1500). Valve body materials such as ZG15Cr1Mo1V (F91) are selected based on temperature to accommodate various operating conditions and to control steam pressure.
The valve body is forged as a whole, eliminating casting defects and extending service life; the pre-actuated double sleeve structure valve core features small unbalanced force, low noise, and minimal leakage (above IV); the double sleeve synchronous adjustment allows for a wide adjustable ratio and flow regulation range; the valve core is treated with overall ion nitriding, enhancing erosion resistance and wear resistance; all internal parts such as the valve seat and sleeve are detachable, eliminating delayed cracking in welded valve seats, improving reliability, and facilitating replacement and maintenance; the integral heat dissipation valve cover prevents a decrease in adjustment accuracy due to poor heat dissipation; the multi-stage sleeve structure inside the pressure reducing valve significantly increases the pressure reduction capacity, with a reduction ratio of 0.36, avoiding cavitation and reducing noise and vibration, with an adjustable ratio of 20:1 for stable regulation.
