Multi-stage pressure reducing valve, size DN20~DN100 (NPS 3/4~NPS 4), pressure class PN100~PN200 (Class 600~Class 1500). Available in various valve body materials according to customer requirements: 20, 304, etc., to suit different operating conditions and control the flow of reducing water.
The valve body features a Z-shaped structure and a forged-welded construction, eliminating casting defects and enhancing service life. The valve disc employs a multi-stage pressure reduction design, significantly improving the regulating valve's pressure reduction capability. The valve pressure difference is 4.5MPa, and the staged pressure reduction prevents erosion of the sealing surface, extending service life. The valve stem and seat are sealed with a conical surface, featuring a hard alloy sealing face, with a standard leakage rate of V-grade. Regulating valves of the same diameter offer different flow coefficient Cv values for selection, greatly enhancing the sensitivity and accuracy of the temperature control system. The flow characteristic utilizes a percentage equality characteristic, with a tunable ratio of 20:1, ensuring stable regulation.
