Isolation valves, size DN20~DN50 (NPS 3/4~NPS 2), pressure class PN100~PN200 (Class 600~Class 1500), available in various valve body materials according to customer requirements: 20, 304, etc., suitable for different operating conditions, for pressure control of the reducing water.
The isolation valve is suitable for conditions with high pressure drop requirements. This valve is manual, installed before the regulating valve, and its function is to perform the first stage of pressure reduction.
The valve body features a Z-shaped structure and forged-welded construction, eliminating casting defects and enhancing service life. The valve disc utilizes a multi-stage pressure reduction design, significantly improving the regulating valve's pressure reduction capacity. The valve pressure difference is 4.5MPa, and the staged pressure reduction prevents erosion of the sealing surface, extending service life. The valve core and seat are sealed with a conical surface, with a hard alloy sealing surface, and the standard leakage rate is V-grade. Regulating valves of the same diameter offer different flow coefficient Cv values for selection, greatly improving the sensitivity and accuracy of the temperature control system. The flow characteristic employs an equal percentage characteristic, with a tunable ratio of 20:1, ensuring stable adjustment.
