MHYA32 100×2×1/0.8 Mining Communication Cable is a communication cable specially designed for underground coal mines, featuring oxygen-free copper conductors and polyethylene insulation. It is sheathed with steel armor and flame-retardant jacket, suitable for vertical shafts, inclined shafts, and other environments with high mechanical impact. Key features include:
Structure: Conductor is 0.8mm diameter oxygen-free copper wire, insulation thickness 1mm, sheath thickness 0.8mm, armor layer made of high-strength fine steel wire braiding, tensile strength ≥1500N.
Performance: Operating temperature -40℃~70℃, IP67 rating, flame-retardant oxygen index ≥32%, inherent attenuation ≤1.1dB/km (800-1000Hz).
Application: Primarily used for underground telephone communication, video, gas monitoring systems, and personnel tracking in scenarios with strong electromagnetic interference.
When installing, maintain a parallel distance of ≥50cm from high-voltage cables. The armor layer must be grounded at a single point (ground resistance ≤ 4Ω). This cable meets the MT818.14-1999 standard.
