MGTSV-12B 48-core flame-retardant mining optical cable is a high-density flame-retardant cable specifically designed for underground mine communication. Its features and selection points are as follows:
I. Structural Design
Fiber Optic Configuration: 48-core single-mode fiber (Type B1.3), with full-spectrum labeling for easy installation identification, and a loose-tube stranded structure to ensure tightly packed fiber cores.
Enhanced Components: Phosphated steel wire (diameter ≥ 2.5mm) with steel strip armor layer, tensile strength ≥ 2400N, side pressure resistance up to 4000N/10cm.
Protective Coating:
Double-sided coated steel strip longitudinal water-resistant structure
Blue flame-retardant PVC sheath (oxygen index ≥ 32%), thickness 1.8-2.2mm, passed GB/T18380.3 vertical combustion test
Section II: Key Performance
Environmental Adaptability: Operating temperature -40℃ to +60℃, IP67 rating, suitable for vertical shafts, inclined shafts, and other high humidity environments.
Transmission specifications: Attenuation ≤0.36dB/km at 1310nm window, ≤0.22dB/km at 1550nm window, supports 10Gbps high-speed transmission
Safety Certification: Coal Mine Safety Certification (MA/KC mark), in compliance with MT818.14-1999 mining standards
Section 3: Application Scenarios
Underground Communication System: Voice Dispatch, Personnel Tracking, and Gas Monitoring Signal Transmission
Industrial Ring Network: Connects井下PLC, surveillance cameras, and other equipment to establish a Gigabit Ethernet network.
