Technical Analysis of Mining Armor Communication Optical Cable MGTS33-36B1
I. Structure and Materials
Component
Fiber Unit: 36-core single-mode fiber (G.652.D standard), encased in high modulus polyester loose tube and grease, ensuring stable and reliable transmission.
Enhanced Core: Phosphated steel wire (diameter ≥ 1.2mm), offering tensile strength (short-term ≥ 1500N).
Sheath: Double zinc-coated steel wire twisted sheath, side pressure resistance ≥3000N/100mm, suitable for underground mechanical impact.
Protective Cover Design
The inner sleeve is made of PE material, and the outer sleeve is blue flame-retardant PVC (oxygen index ≥ 28), meeting the MT/T 386-2011 mine flame-retardant standard.
Section 2: Key Performance
Flammability: Self-extinguishing time in bundle combustion test ≤ 30 seconds, halogen-free with low smoke (light transmittance ≥ 60%).
Sex: Water-resistant oil paste for loose tube and cable core, full cross-sectional water resistance design (water resistance pressure ≥ 1MPa).
Mechanical Properties: Dynamic bending radius ≥ 20 times the outer diameter, applicable temperature range -40℃ to +70℃.
Section 3: Application Scenarios
Coal Mine Communication: In-mine voice, video, and data signal transmission, supporting intelligent mining system.
Harsh Environment: Suitable for vertical shafts, inclined shafts, and other high mechanical stress scenarios, compatible with overhead/underground pipeline installation.
