The MGTS33-24B armored mining optical cable is a high-strength communication cable specifically designed for harsh underground mine environments. Its features and selection points are as follows:
I. Structural Design
Fiber Configuration: 24-core single-mode fiber (B1.3 type), utilizing a loose-tube stranded structure, with water-blocking grease inside the loose tubes to prevent moisture penetration.
Enhanced Components: Phosphated steel wire (diameter ≥ 2.5mm) with double-layer armor (inner layer galvanized steel wire braiding + outer layer ribbed steel strip wrapping), tensile strength ≥ 1500N, lateral pressure resistance ≥ 3000N/10cm.
Protective Layer:
Steel strip longitudinally wrapped inner sheath + blue flame-retardant PVC outer sheath (Oxygen Index ≥ 32%)
Sheath thickness: 1.8-2.2mm, passes GB/T18380.3 vertical flame retardancy test
Section 2: Key Performance
Transmission specifications: 1310nm window attenuation ≤ 0.36dB/km, 1550nm window ≤ 0.22dB/km, supports 10Gbps high-speed transmission
Environmental Adaptability: Operating temperature -40℃ to +70℃, IP67 rating, resistant to acid and alkali corrosion (performance stable after immersion in pH 2~12 solution for 168 hours)
Safety Certification: Equipped with Coal Safety Mark (MA/KC), in compliance with AQ1043 Coal Mine Safety Standard and MT818.14 Mining Specification
Section 3: Application Scenarios
Underground Communication System: Personnel Tracking, Gas Monitoring, and 4K Video Transmission from Comprehensive Mining Face (Latency <10ms)
Industrial Ring Network: Connects井下PLC, surveillance cameras, and other equipment to establish a Gigabit Ethernet backbone link.
