2. Silicone gaskets are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the gaskets to avoid punctures from pointed objects or cuts.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layered square grid cutting sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During hot and humid seasons, to prevent excessive temperature inside the equipment box, please do not expose it to any area directly under the sun or where high temperatures are generated.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof safety boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure airtightness and resistance to deformation. Unless unforeseen circumstances occur, we will provide warranty coverage for the box for 12 months of normal use and offer free replacement of seals or other parts like tighteners. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized at your request (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be upgraded to flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but a minimum order quantity is required.

3. Most products can be modified according to requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the specified protection levels, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof level certificates.
