The bottom of the case and the top of the lid feature a designated area for logo粘贴.
2. Silicone gaskets are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box's opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the gaskets, and avoid piercing them with pointed objects or cutting them with knives.
During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip and grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned to ensure the box's sealing performance.
4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned off with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes like steel wool to prevent scratching the box surface.
5. Multi-layer grid-shaped cutting sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities. In case too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be glued together.
6. During hot and humid seasons, to prevent excessive temperatures inside the equipment box, please do not expose it to direct sunlight or high-temperature areas.
Quality Assurance:
All moisture-proof boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure airtightness and no deformation. Subject to force majeure, we offer a 12-month warranty on the boxes during normal use, during which we will provide free replacement of gaskets or other accessories like tighteners. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Order Instructions:
Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.
2. Products can be upgraded to flame-retardant, antistatic, and other special-performance materials upon request, but there is a minimum order quantity requirement.
3. Most products are modified as per requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fee applies.)
4. Our products are designed according to the marked protection levels, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof grade certificates.
5. Please contact us by phone for any special requirements prior to placing an order and clearly specify them on the order form.
6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, the product data may not be up-to-date. Please always confirm the details before placing an order.
