2. Silicone seal strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box's opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the seal strips to avoid punctures from sharp objects or cuts.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layer square grid cut sponge design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During hot and humid seasons, to prevent excessive temperature inside the equipment box, please do not expose it to any place where it is directly exposed to the sun or generates high heat.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deforming performance. Unless due to force majeure, we offer a 12-month warranty for the box during normal use, and will provide free replacement of gaskets or other accessories like tighteners. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be replaced with flame-retardant, antistatic, and other special performance materials upon request, but there is a minimum order quantity requirement.

3. Most products are modified as requested, including hole drilling, addition or modification of PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification costs apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection level, but we do not provide related protection and explosion-proof level certificates.

5. For any special requirements, please call to inquire prior to placing your order and clearly note them on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please always confirm the details before placing an order.
