2. Silicone sealing strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips to avoid piercing or cutting them with pointed objects.
During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.
4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned off with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.
5. Multi-layered grid-shaped cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.
6. During the high-temperature and high-humidity seasons, please do not expose the equipment case to any direct sunlight or hot areas to prevent excessive internal temperatures.
Quality Assurance:
All moisture-proof boxes are rigorously inspected and tested before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deformed sealing. Subject to force majeure, we offer a 12-month warranty for the box during normal use, covering free replacement of seals or other components like tighteners. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Order Instructions:
Product colors can be customized as per request (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.
2. Products can be upgraded to flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but a minimum order quantity is required.
3. Most products can be modified according to requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)
4. Our products are designed according to the marked protection levels, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof grade certificates.
5. Please contact us by phone for special requirements prior to placing an order and clearly note them on the order form.
6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, the product data may not be up-to-date. Please ensure confirmation before placing your order.
