The bottom of the case and the top of the lid feature a designated area for LOGO application.
2. Silicone gaskets are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the gaskets, and avoid piercing or cutting them with pointed objects.
During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.
4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.
5. Multi-layer grid pattern cut sponge design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be glued together.
6. During hot and humid seasons, to avoid excessive temperatures inside the equipment box, please do not expose it to any direct sunlight or high-temperature areas.
Quality Assurance:
All moisture-proof boxes are rigorously inspected and tested before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deforming seals. Unless unforeseen circumstances occur, we offer a 12-month warranty on the boxes, including free replacement of gaskets or other essential parts. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Order Instructions:
Product colors can be customized as desired (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.
2. Products can be changed to flame-retardant, static-dissipative, and other special-performance materials upon request, but minimum order quantities apply.
3. Most products can be modified according to requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)
4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection level, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof level certificates.
