Silicone sealing strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the process of opening and cleaning the box, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips to avoid piercing or cutting them with pointed objects.
During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned to ensure the box's sealing performance.
4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.
5. Multi-layered square grid cut sponge design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.
6. During hot and humid seasons, to avoid excessive temperature inside the equipment box, please do not expose it to direct sunlight or any location that generates high heat.
Quality Assurance:
All moisture-proof boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deforming performance. Subject to force majeure, we offer a 12-month warranty for the boxes during normal use, providing free replacement of gaskets or other accessories. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Instructions:
Product colors can be customized as per your request (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.
2. Products can be upgraded to flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special-performance materials upon request, but there is a minimum order quantity requirement.
3. Most products are modified as requested, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fee applies.)
4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection level, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof level certificates.
5. Please contact us by phone to discuss any special requirements prior to placing an order and clearly note them on the order form.
6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please ensure confirmation of the order when placing it.
