2. Silicone gaskets are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the gaskets to avoid piercing or cutting them with pointed objects.
During use, any foreign matter attached to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.
4. Stains on the external surface of the box can be cleaned off with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes like wire brushes to prevent scratching the box surface.
5. Multi-layer grid-cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be glued together.
6. During hot and humid seasons, please do not expose the equipment case to any direct sunlight or hot areas to avoid excessive internal temperatures.
Quality Assurance:
All moisture-proof safety boxes are strictly inspected and tested before shipment to ensure they are airtight and will not deform. Unless encountering force majeure, we offer a 12-month warranty for the boxes during normal use, during which we will provide free replacement of seals or other parts such as clamps. Shipping fees are at the buyer's expense.
Order Instructions:
Product colors can be customized as per request (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.
2. Products can be upgraded to flame-retardant, antistatic, and other special performance materials upon request, but minimum order quantities apply.
3. Most products are modified according to requirements, such as making holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fee applies.)
4. Our products are designed according to the marked protection levels, but we do not provide related protection and explosion-proof grade certificates.
5. Please call to inquire if you have any special requirements before placing an order and note them in detail on the order form.
6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements of our products, the product data may not be up-to-date. Please always verify the details before placing an order.
