2. Silicone sealing strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips to avoid punctures from pointed objects or cuts.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the external surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layered grid-cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities; in case too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During hot and humid seasons, please avoid placing the equipment box in direct sunlight or any location that generates excessive heat to prevent overheating inside the box.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof safety boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure airtightness and non-deformation. Subject to force majeure, we offer a 12-month warranty on the boxes during normal use, providing free replacement of gaskets or other accessories as needed. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Product colors can be customized as per your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be replaced with flame-retardant, antistatic, and other special performance materials upon request, but a minimum order quantity is required.

3. Most products can be modified as required, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the marked protection level, but we do not provide related protection and explosion-proof grade certificates.

5. Please contact us by phone for special requirements prior to placing an order and clearly indicate them on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, the product data may not be up-to-date. Please always verify the details before placing an order.
