Silicone sealing strips are crucial for the box's sealing and waterproofing. During the cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips to avoid punctures from pointed objects or cuts.
During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned to ensure the box's sealing performance.
4. Stains on the external surface of the box can be removed with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff bristles like wire brushes to prevent scratching the box surface.
5. Multi-layer grid-shaped cut-out sponge design for easier customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be glued back together.
6. During hot and humid seasons, to avoid excessive temperatures inside the equipment box, please do not expose it to direct sunlight or any location that generates high heat.
Quality Assurance:
All moisture-proof safety boxes are rigorously inspected and tested before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deforming sealing. Unless encountering force majeure, we offer a 12-month warranty for the box during normal use, and will provide free replacement of seals or other parts such as tighteners. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Order Instructions:
Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.
2. Products can be upgraded to flame-retardant, antistatic, and other special-performance materials upon request, but a minimum order quantity is required.
3. Most products are modified according to requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification costs apply.)
4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection level, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof level certificates.
5. Please call to inquire if you have any special requirements before placing an order and note them in detail on the order form.
