Silicone gaskets are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the gaskets, and avoid piercing or cutting them with pointed objects.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes, like wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layer grid-cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities. In case too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be glued together.

6. During hot and humid seasons, to avoid excessive temperatures inside the equipment box, please do not expose it to direct sunlight or any location that generates high heat.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deformed sealing. Subject to unforeseen circumstances, we offer a 12-month warranty for the box during normal use, providing free replacement of gaskets or other accessories such as tighteners. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Product colors can be customized as per your request (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be upgraded to flame-retardant, antistatic, and other special performance materials upon request, but there is a minimum order quantity requirement.

3. Most products can be modified according to requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection grade, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof grade certificates.
