Silicone gaskets are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box's opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the gaskets to avoid punctures from pointed objects or cuts.
During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned to ensure the box's sealing performance.
4. Stains on the external surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes like wire brushes to prevent scratching the box surface.
5. Multi-layer grid-shaped cut sponge design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.
6. During hot and humid seasons, to prevent excessive temperature inside the container, please do not expose the equipment box to any place where it is directly exposed to the sun or generates high heat.
Quality Assurance:
All moisture-proof safety boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure airtightness and non-deformation. Unless due to force majeure, we offer a 12-month warranty on the boxes, covering free replacement of seals or other components like tighteners. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Order Instructions:
Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.
2. Products can be replaced with flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but a minimum order quantity is required.
3. Most products can be modified according to requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)
4. Our products are designed according to the marked protection level, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof level certificates.
5. Please call to inquire if you have any special requirements before placing an order and specify them in detail on the order form.
6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please always verify the details before placing an order.
