2. Silicone sealing strips are crucial for the box's sealing and waterproofing. During the cleaning process when the box is opened, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips, and avoid piercing or cutting them with pointed objects.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layered square grid cut sponge design for easy customization of various cavities; in case too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During high temperature and humidity seasons, to avoid excessive temperatures inside the equipment case, please do not expose it to direct sunlight or any location that generates high heat.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deforming performance. Subject to force majeure, we offer a 12-month warranty on the boxes, providing free replacement of gaskets or other fastening parts. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized at your request (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be customized with flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but minimum order quantities apply.

3. Most products can be modified according to requirements, such as making holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection level, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof level certificates.

5. For any special requirements, please call to inquire before placing an order and clearly note it on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please always confirm product details before placing an order.
