Terms of Use:

The bottom of the case and above the lid have designated areas for LOGO application.

Silicone sealing strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips to avoid punctures from pointed objects or cuts from blades.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layer square grid-shaped cut sponge design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be glued together.

6. During hot and humid seasons, to avoid excessive temperature inside the equipment box, please do not expose it to any place where it is directly exposed to the sun or generates high heat.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure airtightness and resistance to deformation. Unless encountering force majeure, we offer a 12-month warranty on the box, during which we will provide free replacement of seals or other components such as clamps. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized as desired (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be replaced with flame-retardant, antistatic, and other special performance materials upon request, but there is a minimum order quantity requirement.

3. Most products can be modified according to requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification costs apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the marked protection level, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof level certificates.

5. Please contact us by phone for any special requirements prior to placing an order and clearly note them on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please ensure confirmation before placing an order.
