2. Silicone sealing strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips to avoid punctures from pointed objects or cuts.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the external surface of the box can be removed with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff bristles like steel wool to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layered grid-shaped cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities. If too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During hot and humid seasons, to prevent excessive temperature inside the equipment box, do not expose it to direct sunlight or high-temperature areas.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure they are airtight and do not deform. Subject to unforeseen circumstances, we offer a 12-month warranty on the boxes, providing free replacement of gaskets or other fastening parts. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be customized with flame-retardant, antistatic, and other special performance materials, but a minimum order quantity is required.

3. Most products can be modified as per requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification charges apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection class, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof grade certificates.

5. Please call to inquire in advance for any special requirements and clearly specify on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please always confirm product details before placing an order.
