2. Silicone sealing strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips to avoid piercing or cutting them with pointed objects.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the external surface of the box can be cleaned off with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layer square grid cut sponge design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be glued together.

6. During hot and humid seasons, please do not expose the equipment box to direct sunlight or any place that generates high temperatures to avoid excessive heat inside the box.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure airtightness and non-distortion. Subject to force majeure, we offer a 12-month warranty for the boxes during normal use, providing free replacement of gaskets or other accessories. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be customized with flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special-performance materials upon request, but a minimum order quantity is required.

3. Most products can be modified as required, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the marked protection level, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof level certificates.

5. For any special requirements, please contact us by phone before placing the order and specify them in detail on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, the product data may not be up-to-date. Please ensure confirmation of the order when placing an order.
