Silicone sealing strips are crucial for the box's sealing and waterproofing. During the cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips to avoid piercing with pointed objects or cutting damage.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layered grid-cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During high temperature and humidity seasons, please do not expose the equipment box to any direct sunlight or hot areas to avoid excessive internal temperature.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof storage boxes undergo rigorous inspections and tests before shipment to ensure airtightness and resistance to deformation. Subject to force majeure exceptions, we offer a 12-month warranty on the box during normal use. We will provide free replacement of gaskets or other components, such as tight seals. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be replaced with flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but there is a minimum order quantity requirement.

3. Most products can be modified according to requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the marked protection levels, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof grade certificates.

5. Please contact us by phone for special requirements prior to placing an order and clearly specify them on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please always verify the details before placing an order.
