Terms of Use:

The bottom of the box and above the lid feature a designated area for LOGO粘贴.

Silicone sealing strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the process of opening and cleaning the box, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strip to avoid being pierced by pointed objects or cut by blades.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes like steel wool to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layer grid-cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During hot and humid seasons, to prevent excessive temperature inside the equipment box, please do not expose the box to any place where it is directly exposed to the sun or generates high temperatures.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure they are sealed and waterproof, and do not deform. Subject to force majeure, we offer a 12-month warranty for the box during normal use, and will provide free replacement of seals or other components upon request. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized as desired (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be upgraded to flame-retardant, antistatic, and other special performance materials upon request, but minimum order quantities apply.

3. Most products can be modified as requested, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection level, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof level certificates.

5. Please contact us by phone for special requirements prior to placing an order and detail them clearly on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please always verify before placing an order.
