Terms of Use:
The bottom of the box and the top of the lid feature a designated area for logo application.
2. Silicone gaskets are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the gaskets to avoid punctures from sharp objects or cuts.
During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.
4. Stains on the external surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.
5. Multi-layer grid-cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.
6. During hot and humid seasons, to prevent excessive temperatures inside the equipment box, please do not expose it to direct sunlight or any location where high temperatures are generated.
Quality Assurance:
All moisture-proof boxes are strictly inspected and tested before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deforming performance. Unless due to force majeure, we offer a 12-month warranty on the boxes, during which we will provide free replacements for gaskets or other components such as tighteners. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Instructions:
Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.
2. Products can be replaced with flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but there is a minimum order quantity requirement.
3. Most products can be modified according to requirements, such as making holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification mold fees apply.)
4. Our products are designed according to the marked protection levels, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof grade certificates.
5. Please contact us by phone for special requirements prior to placing an order and specify them in detail on the order form.
6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, the product data may not be up-to-date. Please always verify the details before placing an order.
