2. Silicone sealing strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the process of opening and cleaning the box, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips to avoid punctures from pointed objects or cuts.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the external surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layered grid-shaped cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During hot and humid seasons, to avoid excessive temperature inside the container, please do not expose the equipment box to any direct sunlight or high-temperature areas.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof safety boxes undergo rigorous inspections and tests before shipment to ensure airtightness and resistance to deformation. Unless unforeseeable circumstances occur, we offer a 12-month warranty on the boxes, during which we will provide free replacement of seals or other parts like tighteners. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized as per request (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be upgraded to flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but a minimum order quantity is required.

3. Most products can be modified according to requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fee applies.)

4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection grade, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof grade certificates.

5. Please call to inquire in advance if you have special requirements and detail them clearly on the order.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements of our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please ensure confirmation before placing an order.
