The bottom of the case and the top of the lid feature a designated area for logo placement.

2. Silicone sealing strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips to avoid punctures from pointed objects or cuts.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the external surface of the box can be cleaned with household detergents. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layer grid-shaped cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities. If too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During high-temperature and high-humidity seasons, please do not expose the equipment box to direct sunlight or any location that generates excessive heat to avoid overheating inside the box.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deforming seals. Subject to unforeseen circumstances, we offer a 12-month warranty on the boxes, providing free replacement of seals or other essential parts. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized as per request (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be replaced with flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but a minimum order quantity is required.

3. Most products are modified according to requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fee applies.)

4. Our products are designed according to the marked protection class, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof class certificates.
