2. Silicone gaskets are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the gaskets to avoid piercing or cutting them with pointed objects.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the external surface of the box can be cleaned off with household cleaners. Avoid using stiff brushes like steel wool to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layer grid-shaped cut-out sponge design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be glued back together.

6. During hot and humid seasons, to prevent excessive temperature inside the equipment case, please do not expose it to direct sunlight or any location that generates high heat.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof safety boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deforming performance. Subject to unforeseen circumstances, we offer a 12-month warranty for the box during normal use, covering free replacement of seals or other components like tighteners. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Product colors can be customized as per your request (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be customized with flame-retardant, antistatic, and other special performance materials, but a minimum order quantity is required.

3. Most products can be modified according to requirements, such as making holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection grade but do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof grade certificates.
