The bottom of the case and the top of the lid feature a designated area for logo placement.
Silicone sealing strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips, and avoid piercing or cutting them with pointed objects.
During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned to ensure the box's sealing performance.
4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaners. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.
5. Multi-layered square grid-cut sponge design for easy customization of various cavities; in case too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be glued back together.
6. During hot and humid seasons, to avoid excessive temperature inside the container, please do not expose the equipment box to any direct sunlight or high-temperature sources.
Quality Assurance:
All moisture-proof boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure airtight and non-distorted performance. Subject to unforeseen circumstances, we offer a 12-month warranty on the boxes, providing free replacement of gaskets or other essential parts. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Order Instructions:
Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.
2. Products can be replaced with flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but there is a minimum order quantity requirement.
3. Most products are modified according to requirements, such as making holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fee applies.)
4. Our products are designed according to the marked protection level, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof level certificates.
