2. Silicone sealing strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips to avoid punctures from pointed objects or cuts.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the external surface of the box can be removed with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layered grid-shaped sponge design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During high-temperature and high-humidity seasons, to prevent excessive temperature inside the equipment box, please do not expose it to any location where it is directly exposed to the sun or generates high heat.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure they are airtight and will not deform. Subject to unforeseen circumstances, we offer a 12-month warranty on the boxes, during which we will provide free replacement of gaskets or other fastening parts. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be upgraded to flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but a minimum order quantity is required.

3. Most products are modified according to requirements, such as making holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection grade, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof grade certificates.

5. Please call to inquire for special requirements prior to placing an order and specify them in detail on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements of our products, product data may not be updated in a timely manner. Please ensure confirmation when placing an order.
