Silicone gaskets are crucial for the sealing and waterproofing of boxes. During the process of opening and cleaning the boxes, prevent scratching or damaging the gaskets to avoid punctures from pointed objects or cuts.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layer square grid cut sponge design for easy customization of various cavities. If too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During hot and humid seasons, to prevent excessive temperatures inside the equipment box, please avoid placing it in direct sunlight or any location that generates high heat.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deforming seals. Subject to unforeseen circumstances, we offer a 12-month warranty on the box, including free replacement of gaskets or other accessories. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized as per your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be upgraded to flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but a minimum order quantity is required.

3. Most products can be modified according to requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification costs apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the specified protection grade, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof grade certificates.

5. Please contact us by phone for any special requirements prior to placing an order and clearly note them on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please ensure confirmation of the order when placing an order.
