Silicone sealing strips are crucial for the box's sealing and waterproofing. During the process of opening the box for cleaning, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips, and avoid piercing or cutting them with pointed objects.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaners. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layer grid-cut sponge design allows for easier customization of various cavities. If too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be glued back together.

6. During high-temperature and high-humidity seasons, please do not expose the equipment box to any direct sunlight or hot areas to prevent excessive temperature inside the box.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof storage boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure they are airtight and will not deform. Unless unforeseeable circumstances occur, we will warranty the boxes for 12 months of normal use and provide free replacements for seals or other fastening parts. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be replaced with flame-retardant, antistatic, and other special-performance materials upon request, but a minimum order quantity is required.

3. Most products can be modified according to requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification mold fees apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection grade, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof grade certificates.

5. Please contact us by phone for any special requirements prior to placing an order and clearly note them on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please always confirm product details before placing an order.
