2. Silicone seal strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the seal strips, and avoid piercing or cutting them with pointed objects.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the external surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaners. Avoid using stiff brushes like wire brushes to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layer grid-cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During the high temperature and humidity seasons, please do not expose the equipment box to any place directly exposed to the sun or where high temperatures are generated to avoid excessive internal temperature.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deforming seals. Unless due to force majeure, we offer a 12-month warranty on the box, including free replacement of gaskets or other fastening parts. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized as per your request (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be replaced with flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but a minimum order quantity is required.

3. Most products can be modified as required, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification costs apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection levels, but we do not provide related protection and explosion-proof grade certificates.

5. Please contact us by phone for special requirements prior to placing an order and clearly note them on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please always confirm product details before placing an order.
