2. Silicone seal strips are crucial for the box's sealing and waterproofing. During the box's opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the seal strips, and avoid punctures from pointed objects or cuts from knives.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be removed with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes like steel wool to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layered grid-cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities. If too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During high-temperature and high-humidity seasons, please avoid placing the equipment box in any area exposed to direct sunlight or heat sources to prevent excessive internal temperature.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes are strictly inspected and tested before shipment to ensure they are airtight and will not deform. Unless due to force majeure, we will offer a 12-month warranty for the boxes during normal use and will provide free replacements for seals or other accessories like tighteners. Shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be upgraded to flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but minimum order quantities apply.

3. Most products can be modified as requested, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the marked protection class, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof grade certificates.

5. Please contact us by phone for any special requirements prior to placing an order and clearly specify them on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please always confirm the details before placing an order.
