Instructions for Use:
The bottom of the case and the top of the lid feature a designated area for LOGO application.
Silicone sealing strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips to avoid piercing or cutting them with pointed objects.
During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.
4. Stains on the external surface of the box can be removed with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.
5. Multi-layered grid-shaped sponge design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.
6. During hot and humid seasons, please avoid placing the equipment case in direct sunlight or any location where heat is generated to prevent excessive internal temperatures.
Quality Assurance:
All moisture-proof safety boxes are rigorously inspected and tested before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deformable sealing. Unless due to force majeure, we will provide warranty for the boxes within 12 months of normal use, offering free replacement of gaskets or other fastening components. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Order Instructions:
Product colors can be customized as per request (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.
2. Products can be customized with flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials, but there is a minimum order quantity requirement.
3. Most products are modified as required, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fee applies.)
4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection grade, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof grade certificates.
5. Please call to inquire if you have special requirements prior to placing an order and clearly specify them on the order form.
6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, the product data may not be up-to-date. Please always confirm the details before placing an order.
